Delcap’s Board of Directors is composed of two executive directors, one of whom occupies the function of managing director, and two non-executive directors. The Board is vested with the broadest power to perform all acts necessary or useful to achieve the corporate purposes, except for acts expressly reserved by law or by statutes at the General Meeting.
