Delcap x Titanbay
Access to best-in-class private market opportunities
Delcap announces its strategic partnership with Titanbay, a Private Equity investment platform, offering unparalleled access to some of the world’s best opportunities, across a range of sectors, strategies and investment vintages.
Founded in 2019, Titanbay was established to revolutionise Private Equity investments for private banks and wealth managers. The company’s mission is to provide unparalleled access to top-tier private market opportunities across diverse sectors, strategies, and vintages.
The platform features opportunities that have undergone a rigorous selection process led by the Titanbay Investment Team, with additional oversight from the Titanbay Investment Advisory Board (IAB). This robust selection process is further enhanced by a partnership with Mercer, a leading global investment consultant, providing comprehensive research and ratings.
Titanbay empowers institutions to offer bespoke investment solutions to their clients without the need to set up complex structures, enabling growth and enhancing client portfolios.
Delcap and Titanbay announce strategic partnership
The Titanbay partnership serves to further enhance Delcap's Private Equity solution, giving an institutional level of access to best-in-class private market investment opportunities, at ticket sizes lower than is typical for the asset class.
Supplementing this is the ability to offer investments on a bespoke basis to clients, negating the need to set up structures, and Titanbay expertise in regulation that is used to support advisors and firms through their compliance requirements.
Jean-Jacques Delori, CEO, founded Delcap in 2007, prior to which he was a Principal at GLG Capital Partners. Preceding that, he held the position of Managing Director at Citi Private Bank as head of investments for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EMEA). He holds a Master in Computer Science from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and a Master in Law from the University of Lausanne.
Of this partnership, Jean-Jacques said:
"We have a rich history of putting our clients at the heart of everything we do. Through this partnership with Titanbay we further strengthen our Private Equity offering, and we are excited to see our clients benefit from this relationship.”
Leading this strategic partnership for Titanbay is Richard Kiddle, Head of Benelux and France. Richard, Managing Director, joined Titanbay as a founding member in 2019, having previously enjoyed success in private equity distribution and fixed income sales.
Ossama Soliman, CEO of Titanbay, added:
"The synergy between Titanbay's cutting-edge technology and fund offerings, combined with Delcap's portfolio management expertise, marks a transformative proposition for sophisticated investors in Belgium. This partnership enhances portfolio execution and investment opportunity identification for our clients. I'm excited to see both Delcap and Titanbay deliver superior outcomes for our clients."
Important information
Delcap’s Private Equity programme is directed at experienced clients who have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the risks of investing in Private Equity. Investments in private placements and private equity investments via feeder funds in particular, are complex, highly illiquid and speculative in nature and involve a high degree of risk. The value of an investment may go down as well as up, and investors may not get back their money originally invested. Investors who cannot afford to lose their entire investment should not invest. Past performance, including simulated performance, is not a reliable indicator of future performance. For private equity investments via feeder funds, investors will typically receive illiquid and/or restricted membership interests that may be subject to holding period requirements and/or liquidity concerns. Investors who cannot hold an investment for the long term (at least 10 years) should not invest. Delcap does not provide tax advice and does not take responsibility for any negative consequences that may arise from investment decisions or inaccuracies in information provided by us, our advisors, or partners. Delcap is authorised and regulated as a portfolio management and investment advisory firm. We do not provide tax, legal or financial planning services and strongly recommend that you consult a qualified professional prior to making any investment decisions.
